The rates are included
car, driver and gasoline, excluding parking fee, entrance
ticket and or other local retribution.
The rates are NOT included
insurance.
No additional charge
in case the vehicle has to wait due to the delay of arrival
flight maximum 1 (one) hour.
The type of usage charge
will be settled based on reservation in advance.
There is an additional
charge (empty run) for start and finish out side of Denpasar,
Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua as bellow:
- Ubud and Tanah Lot area will be an extra
charge for 3 hours price.
- Candi Dasa and Begugul area will we an extra charge for
4 hours price.
- Lovina, Gilimanuk and Padang Bai area will be an extra
charge for 6 hours price.
Cancelation fee would be charged:
- One day (24 hours) prior to service will
be charge 50% from price or if there is a
Deposit/Down Payment not be refundable.
- On the day of service and the vehicle already stand by
at the place requested,
will be charge full payment.

Rent Car for Self Drive
in Bali Island
Renter’s age must be at least
18 years old or over and has an International Driving
License or Tourist Driving License for foreigners, and
National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.
Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage
insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft
of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage
is subject to US$ 300 own risk excess.
Self-drive rental rates are for 24
hours a day excluding petrol. In the event of additional
hours, customer (renter) will be charged @ US$ 4.50 or
Rp. 35.000 per-hour. If wish to extend using of the car,
customer (renter) should inform car rental company not
less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise
the car may be pre-booked by another party. If customer
(renter) does not inform to the rental company more than
48 hours after expiry date and time, the rental company
has right to report to the police department that the
mentioned car is lost, all risk and action taken by police
department will be the renter responsible.
Customer (renter) will be fully responsible
to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car
to be driven by a person other than the renter, mentionen
in contract.
Customer (renter) will
be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or
part of it, if the car is driven not on the road (e.g.
beach, field, etc.) and or driving the car under out of
control condition (drunk).
It is not permitted
to drive the car to outside of Bali Island without approval
of car rental company.
It is not permitted to drive for special
porpuses likes race, drag race and or other simillar function.
Baby car seat
is available on request. This extra service will be charged
for IDR 100.000.
Payments and Cancellation:
All payments are to be paid in full, in cash or by credit
cards upon signing of contract.
Payment made in
cash US Dollars, bank-notes year prior 1999 or marked
would not be accepted, as the Bank and Money Changer would
not accept them.
Payment made by
Credit Cards, there will be a 3% additional bank charge-administration
fees and it must be processed in Indonesian Rupiah by
law and will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange
rate on the day of payment.
Cusotmer (renter)
wishes to return the vehicle prior to end of contract
period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
One-day rental charge will be charged to renter who cancels
their reservation less than 24 hours/on delivery day.
