The Ayung River is Bali's longest and most spectacular river, with more than 45 rapids set against the backdrop of unspoiled rain forest, magnificent waterfalls and cliff-side stone carvings. This heart-pumping 12 km ride will begin just north of Ubud and our experienced rafting guides will be with you throughout to ensure that you are comfortable and confident navigating the terrain. While you are on the river, glimpse at colonies of grey monkeys and rare birds and soak in the amazing beauty.

After having buffet lunch at finish point restaurant, the tour will be continued to visit Turtle Conservation and Education Center, in Serangan Island, south of Denpasar. It takes about 1 hour drive from finish point. Serangan island is now more of a peninsula, as the water between the island and the mainland has been bridged with a road. As you drive over to the island you will notice the landscape changes to mangroves, and then white-dust roads borders by greenery on one side and blue water on the other

When arrived at the Turtle Conservationa and Education Centre, we will be greeted by a large sea turtle statue and a friendly guide. The local guide will escort into the centre, first to see the largest pool for their two largest Green Sea Turtles, the turtles Bali is most known for. Their home is the size of a large, very deep swimming pool and the staff had just finished cleaning it out. There is plenty of natural light as the pool is covered above but light flooded in as there were no walls, which is much better for ventilation and the turtles in general. Next to the tank is the egg area; the centre purchases eggs from locals who have dug them up, to ensure that they do not end up eaten, kept in tourist attractions or with the shells used for ornaments. The eggs are buried in sand with labels about the species and estimated hatching date; when the turtles are born they are cared for before being released into the wild.

The great day with nature will be continued to visit Jimbaran Beach which is popular for fresh sea food barbeque in Bali. It takes about 30 minutes drive from Serangan Island. Fresh sea food dinner in set menu will be served for you while enjoying exotic panorama of sunset time.
