Charter Car With Driver on Bali Island

• The rates are included car, driver, and gasoline, excluding parking fees, entrance tickets, and or other local retribution.
• Renting a car with the starting point in Denpasar Airport Bali and your flight delay, no additional charge in case the vehicle has to wait due to the delay of arrival flight maximum 1 (one) hour. It is highly recommended to inform us via WhatsApp, email, WeChat, or phone text when you have a flight delay, so our driver will arrange the car properly.
• The type of usage charge will be settled based on the reservation in advance.
• There is an additional charge (empty run) for start and finish out side of Denpasar, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua as bellow:
- Ubud and Tanah Lot area will be an extra charge for 3 hours price.
- Candi Dasa and Bedugul area will we an extra charge for 4 hours price.
- Lovina, Gilimanuk, and Padang Bai area will be an extra charge for 6 hours price.
• A cancelation fee would be charged:
- On the day of service and the vehicle already standing by at the place requested,
- On the day of service and the vehicle already stand by at the place requested,   will be charge full payment.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Rent Car for Self Drive on Bali Island

• Renter’s age must be at least 18 years old or over and has an International Driving License or Tourist Driving License for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.
• The rental rate is inclusive of car damage coverage with own excess minimum of USD 50 and a maximum of USD 1000. It depends on the volume of the damage. The customer does NOT pay any damage excess if the car drops back at the same condition as per handover. Price does NOT include personal insurance and third liability party insurance.
• Self-drive rent car prices are for 24 hours a day excluding petrol. In the event of additional hours, the customer (renter) will be charged US$ 5 or IDR 50.000 per hour. If wish to extend using of the car, the customer (renter) should inform the car rental company not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise, the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the customer (renter) does not inform the rental company more than 48 hours after the expiry date and time, the rental company has the right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, and all risks and action taken by police department will be the renter responsible.
• The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter, mentioned in the contract.
• The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any damage, or theft of the car or part of it if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.) and or driving the car under control conditions (drunk).
• It is not permitted to drive the car outside of Bali Island without the approval of rent car company.
• It is not permitted to drive for special purposes like race, drag race, and or other similar functions.
• The baby car seat is available on request. This extra service will be charged for IDR 100.000.
• Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in full, in cash upon signing of the contract.
• Payment made in cash US Dollars, a bank-notes year prior 2020 or marked would not be accepted, as the Bank and Money Changer would not accept them.
• If the customer (renter) wishes to return the vehicle before the end of the contract period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. The one-day rental charge will be charged to a renter who cancels their reservation less than 24 hours/on delivery day.
