- Check fuel position. The fuel position when received becomes a reference when returning the car, the fuel position must be the same. Ask the car rental officer, the type of fuel used for the car you rent. Generally, we rent gasoline cars, not diesel. The fuel used is called Pertamax and Pertalite in Indonesia. Ask for a little information about the nearest petrol station from where you are staying.
